It looks like Xavier Nady of the Yankees could be headed for surgery that will keep him out for the rest of the season. Nady re-injured his elbow on a throw last night.
The injury is said to be a tear in his elbow.
As for Dice-K's short outing last night. It was originally said to just be arm fatigue, but now it looks like he will also be heading to the DL.
....These injuries are not coming at a good time for these teams as both are struggling out of the gate.
